HOW IT WORKS
GEAR LABS & Career Exploration → Learn & Earn / Warhol DJ Academy → Start On Success → GAP Year Apprenticeship → Employment & Certifications
Tech 25 helps young people explore interests, develop technical skills, gain real-world experience, and connect to career opportunities in the creative technology and live event industries.
Our youth programs are designed to meet students where they are. Some participants join us for a single workshop or field trip, while others continue through multiple programs that lead to paid work experiences, apprenticeships, industry certifications, and employment opportunities.
Explore
Students are introduced to audio, lighting, video production, DJing, music production, and live event technology through GEAR LABS, workshops, school partnerships, field trips, and community programs.
Learn
Participants build technical and professional skills through programs such as the Warhol DJ Academy, after-school programs, summer experiences, Learn & Earn, and specialized training opportunities.
Experience
Students apply their skills by supporting real events, productions, performances, and community projects while working alongside industry professionals and mentors.
Launch
Older youth and recent graduates can continue into programs such as Start On Success, the GAP Year Apprenticeship, certifications, and employer-connected workforce training that lead directly to career opportunities.
Whether you're curious about technology, interested in music and media, or exploring a future career path, Tech 25 provides opportunities to learn, create, and grow at every stage of the journey.
