Personal branding and practical AI aren't niche skills reserved for tech aficionados, they're two of the most useful things anyone can learn right now. One makes you visible. The other makes you faster. Together, they give you something most careers can't promise: real leverage and autonomy that belong to you, not your employer.
Nicole has lived this through more than one career pivot, including a recent layoff and came away convinced that the people with the most options are the ones who've built a name and know how to put AI to work. In this session, she breaks down the specific skills worth knowing in both that have personally helped her replace her lost tech salary with income streams that she has created through her brand and the use of AI tools.
About Nicole
Nicole Young is a content creator and entrepreneur who helps people build authority in their careers through personal branding and practical AI. After a layoff ended her tech career in 2025, she chose to build one entirely around herself. While "building in public" she has created a multi-stream business spanning a personal brand agency, coaching, brand partnerships, and a growing community. Her work reaches a combined community of ~90k across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, where she shows others how to turn their skills into income.
