Sync Online Feedback Session
Septmber 5th, 2026 | 6PM–8:30PM
Get direct, actionable feedback on your music from Gallo Locknez in this online Zoom session. Participants are invited to submit one track for review, where Gallo will provide insight on structure, presentation, and how to position your music for sync opportunities.
Attendees will also benefit from hearing feedback on other submissions, gaining a broader understanding of what works in sync and why.

Special guests: Jade Josephine & Mr. Phelps
Mr. Phelps was born in Watts, California, and now resides in Upstate New York. He is a versatile artist, songwriter, and producer. His music ranges from hard-hitting anthemic empowerment to fun feel-good hip hop and R&B. His music is a reflection of his faith, mindset, fun personality, and upbringing. His music can be heard on: McDonald's, Toyota, Jack In The Box, Kraft Mac and Cheese, The Big George Foreman Movie, CW, ESPN, Fortnite, NBC, and more.
Jade Josephine is an Emmy nominated recording artist, songwriter, composer, and engineer, known for her dynamic contributions to the sync licensing industry. With a remarkable career spanning over a decade, Jade has established herself as a seasoned professional who excels in multiple facets of the creative process.
Jade's exceptional songwriting skills have led to her securing over 100 placements. Her music has graced the soundtracks of popular television shows, including the critically acclaimed HBO series "Lovecraft Country," the gripping Prime series "MotorHeads," and the entire season of “Below Deck," among many others. Jade's compositions have a unique ability to convey emotions and enhance storytelling, making her a highly sought-after collaborator in the industry.
Jade's artistic prowess extends beyond television and into the realms of gaming and advertising. Her talents are showcased in the popular game "Tetris Beat". Moreover, Jade has composed music for notable advertising campaigns, lending her creative touch to brands such as Old Navy and Google Pay and is now an A&R for Push Audio.
